CBR Summer Studentship Booklet 2022

The Centre for Blood Research (CBR) Summer Studentship Program provides students with an opportunity to get hands-on research experience during the summer months, as well as develop themselves professionally in and out of the lab.

I developed, designed and produced the 32-page booklet, which includes our flagship CBR Research Day event, summer students' abstracts, the Program's features and highlights, and student success stories. In line with UBC Brand and incorporating feedback, I used Adobe InDesign to capture the range of summer student experiences and Program highlights for our internal audience, prospective students, and sponsors.

CBR #WomenInScience 2022

For the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, I interviewed, wrote, and produced graphics to highlight 3 CBR women scientists across a diversity of research areas, labs, and career levels.

In addition to publishing on our WordPress website, I also shared their stories across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, with significant engagement from associated organizations.
